Data collected and purposes
Depending on how you use the website and our services, we process:
- the information you send us (contact form, sign-up to a service, email exchanges), in order to respond to your requests and follow up our business relationship;
- technical connection data, for the security and proper functioning of the website;

- public professional information, as part of our market and regulatory monitoring.
We ask you not to send sensitive or unnecessary data.
03
Legal bases
Depending on the case, our processing is based on the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures, our legitimate interest (responding to your requests, securing the website, maintaining our business relationships), a legal obligation or your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
04
Retention periods
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose pursued, then for the applicable statutory limitation or archiving periods. Contact data are deleted or reviewed no later than three years after our last exchange; technical data are kept for a limited period. At the end of these periods, the data are deleted or anonymised.
05
Recipients
The data are accessible only to authorised persons at Inti Sud and, where necessary, to technical service providers (hosting, email, management tools), acting on our instructions in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. They may be disclosed to the authorities where required by law and, for the data of a service, to the customer concerned by that service.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are then covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).
06
